I'm William Spring: photographer, artist, and, under the pseudonym Gabriel Alborozo, author and illustrator of numerous children's books. I have over 35 years of professional experience in the creative industries.

Throughout my career, beginning at 15 as a cartoonist for Private Eye, Punch and The Spectator,  I've had the privilege of bringing stories and ideas to life through a wide variety of media.

Recently, a challenging chapter unfolded in my life when I developed a serious and ongoing eye problem that significantly hindered my ability to paint and draw. Rather than letting this obstacle deter me, I saw it as an opportunity to walk a new creative path by embracing the world of photography. Through it, I have found a renewed passion for capturing the beauty of the world through a different lens; literally.

Embracing Change

Life's twists and turns alter our paths, but they also present opportunities for growth and reinvention. As I transition from the art forms of my past to the newfound dynamic world of photography, I bring with me a wealth of creative experience and a commitment to delivering captivating visuals.
